It’s vital for parents to understand that sexual orientation and gender identity are not choices. Creating an open and accepting environment from the start is crucial, as derogatory comments can deeply affect a child’s self-esteem if they later identify as LGBTI. Some parents may be caught off guard by their child’s identity, needing time to reassess their assumptions and provide support. Ultimately, fostering acceptance and understanding within families is key to supporting LGBTI children and promoting inclusivity.

The Council of the European Union sought to promote greater physical activity among its staff by encouraging the use of stairs instead of elevators, recognising the health benefits associated with stair climbing, such as improved cardiovascular health, increased energy expenditure, and enhanced overall well-being.

The Council of the European Union has reached out to us to design a series of engaging and lively posters aimed at motivating their employees to participate in this physical improvement during their daily routines.
